Through real-world examples, it will explore how AI tools are already transforming workflows in the fields of colour grading, editing, sound, and visual effects. Professional solutions and generative AI will be explained, along with the reach and limitations of AI in film production. Technological progress also raises questions about creativity and the role of the artist. Do creative decisions still remain within the domain of creators? Where is the line between a tool that supports the creative process and a technology that actively intervenes in it? How will the use of AI affect authorship and the role of the artist in the future?
